Many electronics stores will accept your old microwave to recycle if you purchase a new microwave at their store. Green Wave Electronics accepts microwaves at their public drop-off to recycle on the second Saturday of every month for a small fee. The Tippecanoe Recycling and Solid Waste District holds an electronic recycling event every spring and fall where electronics are free to recycle. Contact us to learn about our next event.
