HERBICIDES
Tippecanoe County households can bring hazardous waste to the Household Hazardous Waste Disposal at the Transfer Station on North 9th Street. This service is free. Be sure all hazardouse waste is clearly labeled, in quantities of 5 gallons or less, and in a leak-proof container. If you have large quantities of herbicide from a farm, landscaping business, or other large operation, the Office of the State Chemist has a program every August to accept large volumes for free or very cheap.
